A Digital Scientist owns the science, and the evidence to defend it. That only means something if you can hold it to account. These are the commitments every Quickflow Digital Scientist keeps, and what to ask to see for each.

A human approves every GxP record
A named, qualified scientist reviews and e-signs every protocol, worksheet and report. A Digital Scientist never signs, approves or releases, and the system does not allow it.
Ask to see: Try to sign as the Digital Scientist in a demonstration. The system refuses, and the refusal is in the audit trail.

Full audit trail
Every action a Digital Scientist takes is in a 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11 audit trail, with the Digital Scientist as a named actor, its inputs, its version and a timestamp.

No silent AI edits
A Digital Scientist never changes a record without leaving a visible, attributed entry. Every change a person makes to its work is recorded with a reason.
Ask to see: A record’s full history, with every change attributed to a person or to the Digital Scientist, and a reason for each human edit.

Numbers from instruments, never from the model
Values are captured at source from instruments and the CDS; calculations run in validated, deterministic code. Judgment is shown as reasoning, never as invented data.
Ask to see: Pick any value in a report and trace it to the chromatogram or instrument reading it came from, and the calculation version.

It shows its reasoning
For every scientific decision (what to extract, which factors to vary, whether a result passes) the Digital Scientist records why, in words a reviewer and an inspector can check.
Ask to see: For one result: the criterion applied, the conclusion and the reason, as recorded, not re-explained.

One defined job
Each Digital Scientist has a job description and a context of use. It refuses work outside it.

Your data stays yours
Grounded in your methods, specifications, templates and SOPs. Never used to train shared models.
Ask to see: The architecture note your IT and infrastructure team receive during evaluation.

Validated, and re-validated on change
Each Digital Scientist ships with a validation package covering its AI component. Versions are promoted from development to QA to production only on approval.
Ask to see: The validation package: IQ, OQ, PQ and the CSA rationale, and the promotion record for the version you run.
