Who we are

What we collect

We collect the information you choose to send us through the forms on this site: your name, work email address, company, role, your answers to the readiness assessment, and any message you write. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

To see how many people visit and which pages they read, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It records the page viewed, the referring site, your browser, device type and country, and page load times, and it does not build a profile of you or follow you to other sites.

Our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services, records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are used only to operate and secure the site.

If you use the chat assistant, your questions are sent to an AI model run on Amazon Web Services to write the replies. We do not store the conversation; it stays in your browser tab and is cleared when you close it. To keep automated traffic out, the chat uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser for signs of automation when you open the chat and does not use advertising cookies. To enforce message limits we keep a one-way scrambled form of your IP address for up to two days.

We count, anonymously, how many chat conversations take place each month, which products and topics they cover and which country they come from, and keep those counts for up to 13 months. The counts cannot be linked to you. If you ask the chat for someone to follow up and agree to be contacted, we receive the work email and name you enter, the products you asked about and your questions from that chat. If you send one of the other forms on this site during the same visit, it notes which products and topics you asked the chat about.

Why we use it

To respond to your request, to send you the readiness scorecard you asked for, and, if you have asked for a pilot or demo, to arrange it. We may follow up about Quickflow MVS and related products. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any message or writing to info@quickflow.in.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to us by a third-party form-processing service and stored in our business email and customer relationship systems. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to respond to your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to our use of it. Write to info@quickflow.in and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date above.
